Our Staff
At Care For All, our philosophy has always been to 'care for our carers as much as we do our clients' and it is one we regard as extremely important. Our carers are thoughtfully chosen for the skills that they can bring to clients and the world of care.

Many of these skills are then developed further through mentorship and comprehensive training programme that encourages NVQ qualifications.

Personal Care and Medication
All of our staff at Care For All are trained to a very high standard and comprehend the importance of providing care that is tailored to you and delivered with the utmost dignity and respect.
You, with your family if you wish, determine the care and support you would like us to provide and our staff will design a tailor-made care plan.
All of our carers follow this plan and will work closely with you to ensure it provides exactly what you require. These are entirely flexible with your needs as we fully understand that circumstances can change.
Domestic Help: Cleaning & Shopping
There are some times in our lives, where we need that little bit of extra support, this could be with an assortment of light household duties such as cleaning and shopping. All of our carers receive the highest levels of training and we provide spot checks to ensure the service they provide is of the excellent quality expected. This will give you peace of mind that you have a competent, friendly and caring individual assisting you with your chores.
They will be more than happy to make you a cup of tea whilst there and chat with you whilst they work.
With just a little help, we can assist you to stay at home.
Appointment Support
We understand the stresses of hospital, doctor and other professional appointments, so we can assist in taking the stress out of these visits by providing a door to door service, giving you a more relaxed experience with good company. We aim to provide continuity for all your appointments, by allocating the same person where possible.
Companionship Care
One of Care For All’s regular services is to provide the right companion care, helping people in Scarborough and Filey to continue to live a fulfilling life within their own homes. Many people we support simply want company and conversation, whether they live alone and cannot see their family and friends as often as they would like, or if they are recently bereaved and are finding it hard to adjust. Loneliness can have serious effects on a person’s health and Care For All aims to prevent loneliness through companionship care. As we believe that age isn’t a barrier to adventure, we regularly help people attend events such as the theatre, singing groups, local garden centres and church.

Friends and Family Visits
We can escort our clients to family occasions such as weddings, birthday celebrations or family get-together's. All of our staff have business insurance on their vehicles and we provide an annual MOT for each member of staff.

Care On Holiday
