I can thoroughly recommend Care for All.
We contacted Phyllis and her team to provide care for my mother. Right from the start the response was quick, professional and above all friendly and knowledgeable.
They really tried to fit round us & not ask us to fit round them-They even sorted out things we had no idea about such as getting free fire alarms fitted by the fire service.
The level of care was second to none not just at a professional level but at a personal one with the team being cheerful, vibrant & interested in my mother as a person.
Often being no longer mobile and in your own house etc can be a very lonely, isolated and repetitive existence but the team were like opening all the windows & letting the world back in.
Unfortunately, my mother passed away, but the team were there right to the end which I for one am very grateful for.
If I was to summarise, I would say that Care For all actually do care in all the senses of the word & for the actual person they are caring for.

Care for all have been looking after my mother and latterly my father for more than 20 years. The team that Phyllis employs are all top quality led by her personal actions and involvement in all the details.
This team put CARE into being Carers and they went so far beyond what could have reasonably been expected.

At all times your team approached Dad with respect for his wishes whilst being polite though persuasive so that they could give him the best care he would accept on the day.
They took into account his mobility and memory problems and at all times treating him with dignity and respect.

What would our lives have been like if we hadn’t spotted your ‘outstanding’ rating on the CQC website?
What if at every new crisis I hadn’t been able to text ‘Hi Phyllis…’ and get a sympathetic response and a crack team of carers to put things right?
Where would have been these last months without our extended family of care for all carers to look after Dad and support us so well?
We had a little talk before Christmas about what his life had become and he knew that above all his hours was full of love and kindness and it was something he was very grateful for.
